Philip has been involved in the Commercial space for nearly 40 years, mainly for Blue Chip clients, and has a wealth of experience delivering inspired final products to end-users.
Philip has extensive knowledge in the differing strategies within the property market, maximising the development opportunity, specialising in different finance options, and creating the right product for the client. Always looking to create new opportunities with the maximum return for the investor.
Martin Lovatt, Director
With over 30 years’ experience at director level within the Construction industry, Martin has accumulated extensive expertise throughout the real estate development life cycle.
His diverse experience includes successes with the London Eye, Royal Opera House and many other prestigious projects. Martin has also delivered many high-class residential schemes, which included working with prominent figures in prime London markets.
Martin is passionate about development, always achieving challenging targets with a strong desire to promote best in practice and latest technologies. He also believes in building relationships, achieving client satisfaction, and repeat business as a fundamental ethos.
Brad Bamfield, Executive Consultant
Finance and Business Management – Brad’s lifetime of expertise (40+ years) within the real estate market is invaluable. His earlier career involved Director for BAA, where he has been engaged in everything from multi-million pound projects and later to smaller shared home ownership schemes, to assist people to the property ladder.
Brad advises on many projects, and with so many contacts in the industry, he is continually providing invaluable recommendations regarding all aspects of our developments.
Currently - Chairman of the largest Construction business network in the UK – he is never going to retire!
