Property One is a new development team formed by a wide range of senior professionals who have come together to create inspiring and sustainable development solutions for a complete range of building styles.

Originally conceived by father and son team, Philip & Byron Donovan, with a goal to provide a Property Development model within the UK, that is based on developing great homes and giving back to the local community at the same time.

Developing is not just about profit, it is also about creating great environments and building “best in class” combined with a positive policy to give back to local communities in or near our development areas to help those that may have fewer resources or opportunities.

This will be supporting local community clubs or mentoring and helping young people.

Specifically with an aim to assist future generations and steer them on a path to build a better future for themselves and society.
